1. PURPOSE

ThisCode protectsRasmi Care’s brand reputation, customer trust, service quality, and legal compliance. All subcontractors must follow these requirements without exception.

2. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Subcontractorsmust behaverespectfully,professionally, and responsibly at all times. No rude language, aggressive behaviour, or disrespect toward clients or team members is tolerated.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION

Allclientdetails,accesscodes, addresses, cleaning notes,and private information must remain confidential. Sharing information externally is strictly prohibited. GDPR rules apply at all times.

4. NO DIRECT CLIENT CONTACT

Subcontractors may not: - request payment from clients, - negotiate private deals, - offer services outside Rasmi Care, - exchange personal contact details.

5. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

Subcontractorsmustfollow:

  1.  Finnishlabourlaws
  2. workplace safety rules
  3. GDPR requirements
  4. chemical safety regulations
6. SERVICE QUALITY EXPECTATIONS

Subcontractors must:

  • arrive ontime
  •  Follow job instructions
  • protect client property
  • complete tasks with care
  • Report issues immediately
7. SAFETY & PPE

Gloves, masks,andprotective equipment must be used when required. Improper chemical handling or unsafe lifting is not allowed.

8. PROPERTY PROTECTION

Nodamage,no misuse,no moving largefurniture, no key duplication, and no entering restricted rooms. Ensure all windows, locks, and taps are secured before leaving.

9. ETHICAL BEHAVIOUR (NEW)

Subcontractors must:

  • Avoid conflicts of interest
  • act honestly
  • Respect cultural differences
  • respect cultural differences, uphold Rasmi Care’s reputation. Bribery, stealing, manipulation, or unethical behaviour results in immediate termination.
10. NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS (NEW)

Use of alcohol,drugs,or coming to work in toxic atedisstrictly prohibited. This includes smelling of alcohol. Violations result in immediate removal.

11. ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY (NEW)

Anyform ofharassment—verbal,physical,oremotional—toward clients or employeesforbidden. Respectful boundaries must be maintained at all times.

12. DRESS CODE & CLEAN APPEARANCE (NEW)

Subcontractors mustappear clean,tidy, andpresentable: - cleanclothes, - no strong perfumes,proper hygiene, - professional attitude.

13. COMMUNICATION

Anyissuesmustbe reported to Rasmi Care immediately. Do not make promises to clients orchange plans without approval.

14. TERMINATION

Anyviolation ofthis Codemay lead to immediate contractsubcontractor listings.
